Poppy
Poppy (Photograph #5125)

The poppy is a delicate, crepe-paper-like flower that comes in several different solid colors and a few that combine two colors. The flower evokes many responses from deep grief to outrage as red poppies are used as a symbol of peace and freedom and some varieties are cultivated as a source of morphine, codeine, and opium. The orange poppy in this photograph is grown only for its beauty.

The photograph is printed on archival Museo Silver Rag photo paper using Epson Ultrachrome pigment based inks and complemented with a soft-white mat. An optional black aluminum frame by Nielsen completes a piece of art that's ready to hang.

This photograph is available in three sizes: 8"x10" matted to 11"x14", 11"x14" matted to 16"x20", and 16"x20" matted to 24"x28".
