White Trillium
White Trillium (Photograph #5114)

The three petals of this wild trillium showed pristine white against the greens of the early spring woods along a gravel road in Brown County, Indiana. It has a beautiful configuration of creamy-yellow, waxy-looking stamens surrounding the six-sided, subtle purple center. This species of trillium shows its flower subtly nodding beneath larger, wide leaves. What a beautiful example of symmetry-in-the-wild.

This photograph is printed on archival Museo Silver Rag paper using Epson Ultrachrome pigment based inks and complemented with a soft-white mat. An optional black aluminum frame by Nielsen completes a piece of art that's ready to hang.

This photograph is available in only one size: 8"x10" matted to 11"x14".
