![]() Taos Pueblo Door II (Photograph #9150)
The doors at the Taos Pueblo give a unique character to the entrance of a living space. Although the Pueblo itself was probably built in the 1400s (some historians believe in the 500s), doors and windows were not used until the Spanish introduced them in the 1700s to replace roof openings. The photograph is printed on Museo Silver Rag photo paper using Ultrachrome pigment based inks and complemented with a soft-white mat. An optional black aluminum frame by Nielsen completes a piece of art that's ready to hang. This photograph is available in only one size: 8"x12" matted to 12"x16". Carol Koetke Photography |
